great article written by Herb Mills on Salmon Trolling. Herb
worked at the Seattle Sporting Goods - University District store. My
Dad would take me up there often and he would talk fish with Herb and
Stan Bean. Herb was an expert fisherman and really mastered Salmon
fishing at Hope Island. My Dad told me that Herb bagged two sixty pound
Kings in one day up there, which is a feat that I don't believe has been
